Position: Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – EngineeringCompany: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from SwedenLocation: 5-star Luxury Hotel, Kakinada, Andhra PradeshSalary: ₹2.40 – ₹3.60 lacs p.a.Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ DiplomaExperience: 7+ years in engineering department in hotels, min. 2 years as supervisorMandatory: Hospitality industry experience of property management & maintenancePreference: Specialization in HVAC chill water systems or in Electricals/ ElectronicsDO NOT APPLY: If specializing in IT/ tech/ CSKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Property Maintenance: Preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in the hotelTeam Management: Lead & train engineering team to ensure timely rectification of any issuesGuest Service Support: Ensure swift resolution of guest-related maintenance issues with minimal disruptionCompliance & Safety: Enforce hotel safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standardsAsset Management: Monitor and maintain all technical equipment and hotel infrastructure to prolong asset lifeEnergy Efficiency: Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage to reduce costsInventory & Budgeting: Assist in managing department budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordinationReporting: Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and reports on maintenance activities and incidentsEmergency Response: Act as key support during emergencies (fire, power failure, etc.) and coordinate necessary actionsApply with resume and details of last drawn and expected salary to: hr.kakinada@
