Manager Budgeting (Civil Engineer)

The Manager – Budgeting is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling project budgets for residential construction projects.Required Skills:- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting within the real estate or construction industry. - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SAP, etc. - Proven experience in budgeting and estimation of real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:- Planning, developing, and managing cost estimates and budgets for residential projects. - Track actual project costs against budgets and report variances. - Prepare and manage annual budgets for projects. - Collaborate with project managers and department heads to gather input and ensure accurate budget forecasts. - Monitor & track the budget throughout the project life cycle. - Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures. - Analyze cash flow projections and ensure alignment with strategic financial goals. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and budgetary issues. - Evaluate and improve budgeting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with project objectives. - Tracking progress of work.If interested, please share resume to prajakta.agarkar@ or watsapp to 8983079769.
