Metallurgy, Metal Alloys supporting product developmentLead or support product development and supply chain resiliency programs through identifying commercially viable cost effective solutions and development opportunities for R&D 2. Design and execute process development strategies in collaboration with suppliers including casting, wrought, powder, coating, joining etc. 3. Design experiements, Perform failure analysis, root cause investigation and continuous improvement using metallurgical knowledge 4. Operate and interpret results from analytical tools such as SEM, TEM, XRD, UTM, Fatigue and build correlation between microstructure and mechanical properties should have experience in casting, wrought processing and joining techniques with deep knowledge of advanced material analysis techniques and physical/mechanical metallurgy with wide variety of Non ferrous and ferrous Metals (Copper, Aluminum, Steel, Titanium etc) Strong communication skill to share a compelling vision including technical writing and presnetation skills Knowledge of fractography, metallography and sample preparationMust Have: B Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering with good academic record and relevant experience in Electrical, Automotive/Aerospace industry Nice to Have: M.Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering CQI, API and equivalent metallurgical audit Certification is a plus
