Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications. Lead end-to-end AI solution development: data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows. Optimize model performance and scalability using MLOps best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines). Preferred Skills: Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI applications. Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases. Knowledge of ethical AI, model explainability, and data governance. Experience in leading AI projects and stakeholder management. Education: Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
