Python Automation with Power BI Engineer

Job Role - Python Automation with PowerBi Tester Experience Required: 6 to 10 Years Location: Pune, Indore Immediate joiners are preferred. About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Automation Engineer to significantly enhance our automation capabilities and translate automation outcomes into actionable business intelligence using Power BI. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex automation solutions and visualizing the performance and impact of these solutions for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks and scripts using Python. * Implement and manage comprehensive testing suites using Pytest for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing across various applications. * Develop advanced web UI automation solutions using Selenium to ensure quality and efficiency. * Integrate automation results, performance metrics, and other operational data sources into Power BI. * Design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports, leveraging DAX and data modeling to provide clear insights into automation health, coverage, and return on investment. * Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to identify and prioritize high-value automation targets. * Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, reporting accuracy, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of automation assets. Essential Skills: * Python Automation (Expert level proficiency) * Pytest (Deep experience with framework architecture and implementation) * Selenium (Extensive web application automation experience) * Power BI (Advanced skills in reporting, dashboard creation, DAX, and data connectivity) * Strong background in software testing principles and methodologies. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
