We are looking for a talented Architect to join our team and work on-site at our Kothrud location. Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from the USA and across the globe. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions. Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications. Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of projects. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 2 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
