SR service engineer

Job Description – Service Manager Company: Swiss MNC (Indian Subsidiary with 15+ years presence, 1000+ clients/installations in India) Job Location: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai – India Qualification: B.E. / Diploma – Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Role: Service Manager Experience: 5–10 years in PLC / SCADA / Industrial Automation & Communication Key Responsibilities: ·      Lead integration of automation devices into customers’ production lines. ·      Develop integration guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols. ·      Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams. ·      Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems. ·      Collaborate with international experts and stay updated on latest technologies. ·      Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and support. Desired Skills: ·      Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration. ·      Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.). ·      Excellent communication and leadership skills. ·      Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead a distributed team. ·      Fluency in English; Hindi & additional language knowledge is an added advantage.
