Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Code Coverage) Skills: Grafana, Emma Code Coverage Tool, Code Coverage, JaCoCo Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Indore / Pune / Chennai / Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Joiner Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective code coverage strategies for complex, multi-language codebases (Python, Golang, Java, C++). Build, configure, and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize and report code coverage data, supporting actionable insights for engineering teams. Utilize strong Python scripting skills to automate code coverage measurements, parse coverage results, and integrate reporting across diverse language environments and CI/CD systems. Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to drive improvements in code quality and test visibility for multi-language projects. Required Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in code coverage tooling and methodologies for at least two of: Python, Golang, Java, and C++. Demonstrated experience building Grafana dashboards, including custom visualizations for code coverage metrics from multiple programming languages. Strong proficiency in Python scripting to automate and report on code coverage, with the ability to extend or integrate solutions for Golang, Java, or C++ codebases. Solid understanding of best practices for software quality, test automation, and data visualization in multi-language environments. Effective communicator, comfortable discussing solutions and status with distributed teams. Desired / Good-to-Have Skills: Experience integrating code coverage data from multiple languages into DevOps or CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with tools such as coverage.py, pytest-cov (Python), gcov/lcov (C++), JaCoCo (Java), or Go’s built-in coverage tools. Prior experience automating and visualizing software quality metrics across diverse tech stacks. Experience working collaboratively with international or remote teams. Notes: Codebases under test and coverage will include Python, Golang, Java, and C++. The client will interview shortlisted candidates as part of the selection process.
