For more information on career opportunities, please mail your CV and Work portfolio to Mariyam Jinabade at or +91 8379806623.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Pune or Bangalore.The BIM Architect will be responsible for-Creating and managing architectural and construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM).Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing submittals, setting up company standard for BIM process, collaborating with various project teams, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.Designing of complex industrial or commercial projects as “BIM Architect” from A-Z including principal design concepts / preliminary design / tender design / GFC drawings along with necessary calculations or analyzations and costs estimates using special tender and estimator software.A principal role in BIM architecture involves leading and overseeing all aspects of BIM implementation on a project.This includes developing and implementing BEP, BIM strategies, managing BIM models, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and best practices.Essentially, they are the architects behind the BIM process, ensuring it's effectively used to achieve project goals.If necessary, coordinating designers and consultants in all aspects (implementation of requirements, quality, timeline).If necessary, organize or take part on regularly “project-meetings”, reporting / MoM-s. Studying drawings, Books, Tender files, client’s specifications, and requirements and implement those requirements in the project design.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture.Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural DrawingsStrong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM).Strong skills in setting up company standards for BIM workflow.Experience with Construction Drawings and SubmittalsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
