The position involves leading the High School management team and requires a candidate who can collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with staff, students, and parents. We are looking for a student-centered leader who can promote agency among both students and staff and foster a positive, supportive, collaborative learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the High School management team in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.Coordinate and oversee the implementation of IGCSE, A Level and IBDP programmes.Foster a student-centered learning culture that promotes student voice, choice, and agency.Collaborate closely with teachers, students, and parents to build strong relationships and open communication.Support faculty in curriculum planning, assessment practices, and innovative teaching approaches.Promote student wellbeing and a positive, inclusive school culture.Encourage initiatives that support global citizenship, and holistic education.Work with the leadership team to align learning with future-ready skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.Professional and Developmental Duties:Have experience working with Cambridge and/or IB curricula, particularly IGCSE, A Level and IBDP programmes.Demonstrate an understanding of future-focused education and emerging career pathways.Be a collaborative and empathetic leader who inspires both students and staff.Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Be committed to holistic education, student wellbeing, and meaningful learning experiences.Be passionate about nurturing socially responsible and entrepreneurial young people.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster’s degree and a relevant teaching qualification.Experience teaching or working within international curricula such as IGCSE, A Level and IBDP.Prior experience as a High School Coordinator or Principal is essential, while broader leadership experience within a school setting will be an added advantage. A strong understanding of the future of work and the skills required will be highly beneficial. The candidate should also demonstrate a deep commitment to holistic education, student wellbeing, staff and student agency, and the development of social entrepreneurship.
