Requirement -✅ Any Graduate✅ Work experience: 2+ YearsKey Responsibilities - 1. Advising and Counseling - Provide individual and group academic counseling sessions to students. Assist with course selection, registration, and schedule adjustments. Advise on degree requirements, academic policies, and procedures.2. Educational Planning - Help students develop and implement educational plans that align with their academic and career goals. Provide guidance on transfer processes, internship opportunities, and career planning.3. Student Support - Monitor student progress and academic performance. Identify students at risk and develop intervention strategies. Provide resources and referrals for tutoring, financial aid, and personal counseling.4. Workshops and Programs - Develop and conduct workshops and programs on topics such as study skills, time management, and career exploration. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success initiatives.5. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and interventions. Prepare reports on student outcomes and program effectiveness.6. Outreach and Communication - Communicate regularly with students through emails, newsletters, and social media. Participate in orientation programs and other campus events to promote academic support services.7. Professional Development - Stay current with best practices in academic advising and counseling. Participate in professional development opportunities and attend relevant conferences and workshops.Ideal Candidate Profile - 2+ years of experience in academic counseling / student advisory rolesStrong understanding of competitive exams (CAT, MBA CET, SNAP, etc.) preferredExcellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skillsStudent-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach
