Our mentors don’t just teach — theyguide, motivate, and track consistencyto help students achieve their best outcomes.Role Overview: As aJEE Mentor , you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the preparation journey of JEE aspirants. You’ll be responsible for guiding students on daily study schedules, consistency, exam strategies, and motivation — not academic teaching or doubt solving.Key Responsibilities: Providepersonalized mentorshipto assigned JEE aspirants (via Telegram or video calls). Track students’daily progress, schedules, and test performances. Identify learning patterns, procrastination issues, and provide actionable advice. Conductweekly performance reviewsand ensure accountability. Communicate effectively with both students and the Mentor Prep management team. Maintain high empathy, discipline, and consistency in mentorship delivery.Required Qualifications: Must have completed12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) . Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsin English and Hindi. Prior JEE preparation experience (cleared JEE Mains/Advanced or coaching background preferred). Ability to motivate and manage multiple students simultaneously.
