This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in the education sector. The counselor will be responsible for guiding students about courses, assisting with admissions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Interact with students and parents to understand their education & career goals. Counsel students about available courses, programs, and career opportunities. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups. Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the center. Build strong relationships with students and provide continuous support during the admission process. Desired Skills & Qualities Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. Ability to handle queries confidently and convert them into admissions. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Eligibility Freshers welcome – No prior experience required. Passion for guiding students and interest in the education sector.
