Job Summary PIBM is seeking an accomplished Business Analytics Trainer to design, lead, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Business Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, practical expertise in analytics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage diverse groups of students and faculty across educational institutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct Seminars & Webinars: Deliver engaging sessions on AI/ML and Business Analytics topics. Facilitate FDPs: Design and execute Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to enhance the analytical knowledge and teaching methodologies of partner college faculty. Lead SDPs: Create and deliver Skill Development Programs (SDPs) for students, focusing on practical applications, case studies, and real-world business analytics tools. Content Development: Design, adapt, and customize training materials and presentations to meet the specific needs of graduate colleges, institutes, and coaching centers. Interactive Learning: Foster participation through discussions, case studies, simulations, and hands-on exercises. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Collect feedback, conduct assessments, and measure learning outcomes to ensure impactful training. Stay Updated: Continuously integrate the latest developments in AI, ML, and Business Analytics into training modules. Institution Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams at colleges and institutes to design tailored programs. Manage Logistics: Handle scheduling, technical setup, and coordination for webinars and in-person sessions PAN India. Qualifications Educational Background: M.Tech, or B.Tech (specialization in Business Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields). Experience: Proven experience as a trainer/educator in AI/ML and Business Analytics. Track record of conducting successful seminars, FDPs, and SDPs. Prior experience with academic institutions will be highly valued. Skills: Excellent presentation & communication skills. Ability to simplify complex Business Analytics & AI/ML concepts for diverse audiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in webinar platforms, data visualization, and analytics tools.
