IT Project executionConduct feasibility study and prepare the business case for new projects.Leading and execution of IT projects in co-operation with IT team and business area. Prepare business requirement documentation, elaborate As-Is To-Be process, user acceptance testing, end user training.Co-operates with IT partner (Internal and external) for new project execution and elaborate requirements.Study the premise for new projects and approve the change request by business key users. Align with IT team for cost evaluation.Support in implementation of new rollouts, upgradation, digitalization in logistics areas as per system landscape.2. Steering and Implementation of change requestImplement change request by elaborating processes changes to IT team, prepare test scenarios, perform methodical testing's, prepare training documents and plan Go-live.Provide trainings and develop user's for new processes and Co-ordinates with other group plants to create synergy in processes. Prepare process documentation.3. Incidence monitoring & resolutionManages and resolve IT related queries and assure system support to users in the area - Master data, line feeding & inhouse process.Analyze recurring issues, identify root cause , recommend alternate and implement solution in co-operation with other business area.Carry over mass changes in production server in SAP based on user requirements & Organize system readiness for annual inventory and support operative team in conducting.4. IT Hardware ManagementGathering hardware requirement for new project, preparing Bill of material with ITP and supplier experts. Alignment with business area. Follow up with ITP for hardware availability & readiness.To support IT (CISO/PISO) for Implementation of mandatory requirements specified in group regulation for Industrial Cyber Security and MgU guidelines for production facilities, along with risk management and exception handling for deviation from defined policies and processes.5. Strategic tasksIdentification of IT requirements for new Projects in line with plant strategy. Requirement gathering and analysis and IT coordination. Support and follow up with IT for timely delivery.Fulfillments of logistics stair case tasks. Preparation of status report for the review meeting. Highlight risks and opportunities.Prepare ISO documentation as per guide line & attend QMS audit. Update KPI as per monitoring method.Identification of new ideas to improve and optimize logistics processes .
