Leads PowerApps development strategy, drives automation initiatives using Power Automate, and architects Power Platform integrations with Mizuho internal systems through connector frameworks. Combines deep technical expertise in .NET, SharePoint, and modern frameworks with strong leadership in team mentoring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all PowerApps development including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Code Components (PCF)Lead the automation function of the team using Power Automate, designing and implementing scalable workflow solutionsArchitect and implement Power Platform integrations with Mizuho internal systems using connector frameworks (custom connectors, dataflows, Dataverse)Design and manage data-centric solutions using Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse for complex business data scenariosDrive legacy API upgrade initiatives, migrating older .NET services to modern .NET Core/6+ versionsManage Power Platform Tenant Administration including environment governance, DLP policies, and capacity planningOversee SharePoint application support and platform maintenance activitiesLead AI integration efforts via Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and intelligent automation patternsTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Power Platform and .NET ecosystemsConduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality maintainable code across the teamMentor team members, drive performance management, and foster skill developmentAct as primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and delivery alignmentDrive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Copilot, vibe coding, and modern engineering practicesManage full project lifecycle including estimation, planning, development, deployment, and supportRequired Qualifications:18+ years of progressive experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET, SharePoint, and Power PlatformProven track record of leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applicationsDeep hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Code Components), Power Automate, and DataverseStrong experience with custom connector development and enterprise system integrationsDemonstrated expertise in legacy application modernization and .NET version upgradesExperience with Azure cloud services, API development, and microservices architectureExcellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skillsMicrosoft PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent certifications preferredMethodologies & Delivery Practices:Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models.Proficient in using JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and collaboration with development teams.Organization Overview:Mizuho Global Services (MGS), Pune is an integral part of Mizuho Financial Group, one of the world’s leading financial institutions with a strong global presence across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
