Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Team Lead at Dusker AI. The Team Lead will oversee team operations, manage workflows, and ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, monitoring performance metrics, and driving strategic initiatives. The Team Lead will also contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of the team. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skillsExperience with project management, workflow optimization, and resource allocationProficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and problem-solvingExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong knowledge or experience in AI systems and related technologiesAbility to work effectively in a remote and dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree preferredPrior experience in managing technical or cross-functional teams is highly desirable
