About Position: We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in banking reconciliations, hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms (such as Duco, SmartStream TLM, or Intellimatch), and a proven track record of successfully delivering migration initiatives within investment banking or financial services environments. As a Reconciliation BA, you will play a critical role in migrating cash reconciliations from legacy platforms to a strategic reconciliation solution. You will work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, and program stakeholders to ensure accurate configuration, seamless migration execution, robust testing, and production-ready documentation.
