Role Name - Claims AdvocacyLocation - Pune / Mumbai - WFOShift - US Shifts ( 6.00 PM or 9.00 PM )Notice Period - AnySkill set - 3+ years of experience in end-to-end claims with motor, Property, Cyber liability, directors and officer’s claims, employee professional liability with complex claims handling experience.· Strong foundational and applied experience in U.S. and Canada-based General Liability, Cyber Liability, and EPL· Client-facing exposure, with proven communication skills and service awareness · A history of managing claims through a variety of cycles, from intake to complex resolution· Understanding of jurisdictional nuances, including comparative negligence, statutory guidelines, and claims with layered liability· High aptitude for self-sourcing answers, initiating critical conversations, and displaying resourcefulness· Experience negotiating with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective.Skills and Competencies· Problem solving skills: Investigative, analytical, detail-oriented nature.· Organizational skills: Able to multi-task, establish priorities, complete tasks/assignment in a timely manner and comply with process requirements. Exceptional commitment to customer service.· Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates solid relationship building skills by being approachable, responsive and proactive. Should demonstrate collaborative working· Communication: Communicates orally and in writing clearly, concisely and professionally.
