This role focuses on building a distinct, brand-aligned visual language through experimentation, strong aesthetic judgment, and scalable AI-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality, concept-driven visuals using AI for campaigns, social media, catalog, and performance marketingTranslate creative direction into refined, on-brand AI-generated imagery with strong control over style, lighting, and compositionCollaborate with designers, photographers, and creative leads to integrate AI outputs into the broader creative ecosystemDevelop and refine prompt strategies, visual systems, and workflows for consistency and scalabilityIterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detailExplore emerging AI tools and techniques to continuously elevate output qualityContribute to building internal libraries of prompts, references, and visual frameworksRequirements:3-5 years of experience in design, visual content, or related creative fields1-2 years of hands-on experience with AI image generation toolsStrong portfolio showcasing both AI-generated work and core visual/design skillsProficiency in tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platformsStrong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual storytellingAbility to interpret briefs and translate them into high-quality, production-ready outputsHigh attention to detail and consistency in executionPreferred Skills:Background in graphic design, photography, or visual artsExperience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brandsProficiency in Photoshop or Lightroom for post-processing and refinementStrong understanding of prompt engineering and scalable AI workflows
