The role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction through regular check-ins, coordinating events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.Duration: 6 monthsThe Role: Assist HR Business Partners with various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.Plan and coordinate monthly engagement activities and events to celebrate team achievements and milestones.Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and promote a positive work environment.Support in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs.Support new joiners by facilitating onboarding activities and ensuring a welcoming experience.Qualification: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationshipsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.Creative and proactive, with an eagerness to bring new ideas for employee engagementProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
