We deliver projects from inception through completion, empowering communities worldwide.Location: PuneExperience: 6+ YearsRole DescriptionAuthor Revit models in high-detail zones such as project interiors, special systems, based on design input (2D, 3D or data).Develop and maintain complex 3D elements, parametric families, and system components.Embed metadata, system parameters, and spatial requirements within modeled elements.Support simulation, design visualization, and walkthrough generation as required for presentations.Assist in automation of repetitive tasks through Dynamo scripts and modeling tools.Produce BIM models deliverables (sheets, layouts, schedules, diagrams, etc.)BIM model and drawing production in accordance with BIM execution plan and BIM standards compliance.BIM model and drawing coordinationDevelop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes to meet LOD/LOI requirements.Follow optimum modelling and clash avoidance guidelines to ensure integrity and quality of the models.Identify issues where discrepancies occur during design stage.QualificationsArchitecture / Engineering degree (preferred) or related technical diplomaMinimum 6 years of BIM modeling experience working on BIM projects (preferably major projects included).Working knowledge of Architecture/Engineering design and Information Management systems.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, NavisworksExperience in advanced modeling such as complex geometries, Revit family creation and modification.Desirable additional qualifications:Experience in computational design using Dynamo and/or GrasshopperExperience in visualizations and rendering (Enscape, Fuzor, Lumion, After effects or other)
