You will manage teams responsible for development, enhancement, and stability of reporting platforms, ensuring accurate, timely, and SLA-aligned analytics for market operations workflows.Responsibilities:Lead teams responsible for development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for IT Market Operations.Manage delivery of enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization across reporting platforms.Oversee data modeling, report validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of operational metrics.Ensure timely resolution of production issues impacting reports and dashboards.Monitor delivery KPIs, reporting SLAs, and operational stability metrics.Coordinate with upstream data and application support teams to address data quality and integration issues.Manage release activities, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring for reporting solutions.Develop and mentor Power BI engineers to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to defined standards.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting engineering, or analytics platform support within capital markets or financial services environments.Must be legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX optimization.Experience supporting operational or market data reporting environments.Proven experience managing production support and delivery teams in SLA-driven environments.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
