About CompanyThe company operates in the SaaS/IT product industry, providing cloud-based communication solutions that enable businesses to engage with customers through messaging platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business goalsDevelop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and guide decision-makingAnalyze key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and provide actionable insightsPartner closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to track performance and improve efficiencyMonitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.Candidate Requirement:Qualification: Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.Industry: SaaS experience is good to have, preferably from a subscription-based business.
