Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Bio carbon Projects & Execution will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution of bio carbon projects, covering vendor management, project delivery, site execution, and development of carbon projects at ground level. The role is expected to take full ownership of execution outcomes across multiple sites and act as the single‑point leader bridging technology vendors, internal teams, and on‑site operations—especially in remote locations.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple projects under the Bio-carbon Program, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, cost, and quality benchmarksEvaluate, onboard, and manage equipment and service vendors during procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phasesOwn post‑sales project execution, working closely with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams, technology vendors, and site teamsPlan and execute site works, including installation, commissioning readiness, and handoverMonitor project milestones, identify risks early, and drive corrective actionsProvide structured, periodic progress reporting to leadership on schedule, cost, risks, and mitigation.Carbon Project Development & Site ExecutionLead development and execution of carbon projects at site, including: Readiness of feed stock linkages and logistics.Alignment of site operations with carbon methodology requirements.Coordination of data, documentation, and monitoring frameworks needed for carbon projects.Work closely with internal carbon and sustainability teams to ensure implementation readiness at site level. Ensure execution consistency across sites, especially in remote and operationally challenging locations.Project and Proposal Documentation: Develop Proposals, Estimates, and Execution plans for multiple Projects in various parts of India.Reporting & Documentation: Manage Program MIS, Prepare various reports on project schedule, budgeting, cost control and quality. Ensure documentation discipline for audits, leadership reviews, and future scalingCross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (warehouse supervisors, cluster managers, operations, finance etc) to align project goals. Act as a bridge between strategy and on‑ground executionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong project management and execution mindset.
