Preference for Immediate joiners.Experience Required: 12 to 15yrsLocation: PuneTelematics - Project Manager:- 5-8 years of experience in software program or project management preferably in Automotive connectivity, telematics, IOT or SDV programs- Proven track record in managing software delivery involving multiple teams or suppliers- Good understanding of connected vehicle architecture, OTA frameworks and cloud device communication,- Experience working with OEMs or tier-1 suppliers is an advantage- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred- Strong planning and execution skills with a delivery focused mindset- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills,- Technical understanding of software integration, validation and release management- Financial and analytical skills for tracking budgets and program health- Collaborative leadership and problem solving ability in a dynamic environment- On-time software releases meeting customer and internal quality standards- Positive customer feedback and relationship health- Program cost and effort within the approved budget- Minimal escalations and controlled change management- Smooth production readiness with validated software performance.
