SuccessFactors Technical Consultant - Operations

We are TÜV SÜD.Your Tasks:Provide 3rd level support for SAP SuccessFactors modules and interfaces.Monitor system performance, run health checks, and manage technical incidents.Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and regression testing.Support role-based permission changes, configuration corrections, and data loads.Collaborate with IT Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams (e.g., IAS/IPS, BTP).Maintain system documentation and contribute to operational excellence. Your Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.2+ years’ experience in operating SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, Recruiting, Learning).Technical understanding of integration, provisioning, SSO, and user management.Familiarity with SAP support processes and ticket handling (SAP for Me, Launchpad).Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.Fluent in English (German is an advantage).SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with ITIL processes are a plus.At TÜV SÜD, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
