Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an Account Executive or Taxation Assistant. The role involves maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in tax return preparations and filings, preparing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also requires liaising with clients, providing financial insights, and supporting senior team members in delivering accounting and taxation services effectively. Qualifications Strong accounting skills, including experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial documentationA solid understanding and experience with Indian taxation laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax returnsProficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and other financial toolsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlinesRelevant certifications such as an accounting diploma or degree and prior experience in a Chartered Accountant firm are a plusKnowledge of auditing processes or experience in a similar field will be an advantage
