Mfins Private Limited is a AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, committed to delivering financial services to its clients on a need-based approach. We are expanding and seeking a highly experienced Business Head to lead our Mutual Fund Distribution Division and take it to the next level.Role Overview: As the Branch Head – Mutual Fund Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our distribution network, leveraging your existing relationships and expertise in the mutual fund industry. This is a high-impact leadership position that offers the opportunity to drive strategic growth, increase AUM, and build strong partnerships across the financial ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: ·Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a robust business strategy to grow the mutual fund distribution division, focusing on client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation. ·Client Relationship Management: Leverage your existing high-net-worth (HNW) client base to expand Mfins AUM, offering customized investment products and services. ·Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to scale the division and enhance market presence. ·Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing relationship managers to achieve company targets and grow the AUM base. ·Cross Sell Opportunities: Look for Cross-Sell and Up-Sell opportunities with other products like Life and General Insurance, PMS and AIF, Bonds, Equities, Loan Against Securities, etc. to meet client needs and market demand. ·Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including AMFI, SEBI & IRDAI guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.What We’re Looking For: ·7+ years of experience in mutual fund distribution or wealth management. ·A proven track record of managing a large number of clients and their AUM and strong relationships with HNW clients. ·Strong leadership abilities with experience in driving and managing teams. ·Expertise in market trends, mutual fund schemes, and a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention strategies. ·Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approachProducts Offered: ·Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Securities (LAS), Equities, Bonds, etc.Business Targets: ·Achievement of sales targets for various financial products.Location: ·PuneCTC Offered: Annual CTC (Cost to Company) is divided into two parts: oAnnual Fixed CTC (Rs. 8.00 Lakhs p.a) oAnnual Performance base incentiveAdditional Perks: ·Social Security like Employee Provident Fund (EPF) ·Personal Accident Policy ·Mediclaim Insurance ·Business Travel Reimbursement ·Mobile expenses
