Senior Consultant

The RoleWe’re looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of hands-on data analytics, machine learning, product management, and client engagement. This isn’t a pure analyst role or a pure PM role - it’s both. You’ll work directly with patient-level claims data to build analyses and models that drive clinical and commercial decisions for pharma clients, while also owning the product and client experience for alfadev™, our enterprise trial feasibility platform. You’ll be equally comfortable writing SQL queries on claims data and leading a workshop with a VP of Clinical Operations. What You’ll Do•        Run patient-level claims data analytics on Komodo’s dataset — patient journeys, line-of- therapy, physician targeting, market sizing, referral pathways•        Build ML models on claims and public data — HCP targeting, patient identification, disease progression, competitive benchmarking•        Own alfadev™ as product manager — client workshops, platform configuration, delivery, and ongoing optimization•        Build rapid prototypes and demo environments for prospective clients•        Support BD - client presentations, demos, proposals, RFP responses Must Have•        3–5 years hands-on experience with patient-level claims data in pharma, consulting, or health data analytics•        Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel•        Built ML models on healthcare data — targeting, segmentation, patient ID, or similar•        Experience with patient journey mapping, line-of-therapy analysis, or treatment pattern analytics•        Can communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders•        Comfortable in a client-facing role with pharma clients Nice to Have•        Experience with Komodo Health, IQVIA, Symphony Health, or Optum datasets•        Prior product management or product ownership experience•        Familiarity with clinical trial design, site selection, or feasibility•        Background at a consulting firm (ZS, McKinsey, Deloitte) or analytics vendor serving pharma•        Experience with Tableau or Power BI Why Anervea•        Work at the intersection of AI and pharma with real clients shipping real products•        Direct access to Komodo Health’s 330M+ patient journeys and GRG Health’s 400K+HCP panel•        Small team, high ownership - your work ships to clients, not into a deck no one reads•        Shape a product from the ground up and own the client experience•        Team includes ex-ZS, ex-Deallus, ex-Prescient, ex-BMS professionals
