Job Role :- Aqua TherapistJob Responsibilities :-To act as a connecting link between the Team leader, junior physios and patients2. To monitor the care delivered and provide necessary consults including Tele consults and home- based care3. To lead, influence and motivate staff4. To supervise junior members of staff, oversee their development including training and joint working5. To facilitate better recovery for patients by providing goal-based care resulting in better outcomes6. To supervise and setup protocols for junior physios and maintain records, progress reports and assessments of patients7. To be involved in clinical decision making and goal settings for patients and monitor their progress at small intervals8. To help further develop the clinical expertise to translate it into Research and publish research articlesJob Specification :-Aqua certifiedMasters in Physiotherapy2-4yrs in Aqua therapy
