Primary Purpose of the RoleAchieving Sales, Revenue, Distribution, and market share targets through improved sales force effectiveness, capitalization of new opportunities, and providing effective support for the implementation of marketing activities for High-End channels.Key Tasks & AccountabilitiesPlan and forecast sales and market share targets for the defined region on an annual, 3 months rolling, and monthly basisDelivery of specific brand distribution and Innovation targets across the consumer and distribution point of contactDevelop and manage sales discounts effectively to achieve sales and market share targets, ensure timely settlement of discounts, and adherence to discount budgetsResponsible for managing key regulatory issues and establishing strong connections with stakeholders.Plan and support the implementation of all marketing initiatives in the trade. Responsible for planning any company’s asset allocation and ensuring the assets are in place as per the approved planDevelop and maximize utilization of the sales operations budget including monitoring trade spends, travel expenses, scheme spending, etc.Understand new markets to achieve growth and penetration targets.Required Knowledge, Skills & AttributesEducation & ExperiencePost Graduation /Degree or MBA in Sales/Marketing from Tier 1/2 college with 0-2 years’ experienceExperience in Sales/Key Accounts sales in FMCG industry will be preferredSkills & KnowledgeExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsFocused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasksPersonal AttributesHigh energySolution-oriented and positive attitudeExceptional customer orientationFast-mover, quick to adaptFlexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environmentIntegrity and professionalismQuench your thirst for success.
