Automotive Delivery Manager – Embedded Software (Pune)Experience: 18–22 yearsLocation: PuneRole Type: Delivery Management – Automotive Embedded SoftwareAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Automotive Delivery Manager with strong Embedded Software expertise to lead delivery of ECU, ADAS, Infotainment, EV/Powertrain and other automotive software programs. The role requires excellent delivery governance, technical understanding, and global customer management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of automotive embedded software programs.Lead engineering teams working on ECUs, BSP, device drivers, embedded Linux, AUTOSAR, and RTOS‑based development.Manage customer communication, technical discussions, and escalations.Track program KPIs, schedules, risks, and quality metrics.Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive SDLC standards.Drive productivity, process improvements, and on-time delivery.Required SkillsStrong background in embedded SW development (C/C++, RTOS, Automotive Linux, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive).Hands-on understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).Proven experience delivering multi-location automotive programs.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.Exposure to Agile, CI/CD for automotive, and DevOps pipelines.QualificationsBE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automotive or Embedded Systems.Certifications in PMP, Scrum, or ASPICE assessor (preferred).Preferred Automotive ExperienceBody electronics / Powertrain / EV systemsADAS / Autonomous featuresInfotainment / Telematics / ConnectivityAUTOSAR-based ECU developmentNOTICE PERIOD: IMMEDIATE TO 1 MONTH
