The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating itineraries, negotiating with global DMCs, and developing competitive travel products.This role will play a key part in expanding our international destination portfolio and domestic tour offerings.Key Destination Expertise RequiredExperience in developing travel products for:• Balkans• Russia• Japan• Kenya• Vietnam• China• Far East destinations• Asian countries• Domestic India tour productsKey Responsibilities✔ Develop and design international & domestic holiday packages (FIT & GIT)✔ Build detailed itineraries, costing, and package structures✔ Manage global DMCs, suppliers, hotels, and airline partners✔ Negotiate competitive rates and maintain supplier relationships✔ Support sales teams with product knowledge and destination expertise✔ Identify new travel trends and emerging destinationsCandidate Profile✔ 7+ years of experience in Travel Product Development / Tour Packaging✔ Strong knowledge of international destinations and supplier network✔ Experience working with DMCs and international vendors✔ Strong skills in costing, itinerary planning, and product strategy
