Company DescriptionProject Concepts - Turnkey ProjectsRole DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for a MEP Project Manager at Project Concepts The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, Fire and plumbing design plans and specifications of the construction project. The role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards. The MEP Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the project complies with relevant codes and regulations, and for coordinating with local authorities for obtaining necessary permits and approvals. Some work from home is acceptable.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.5+ years experience as a MEP Project Manager, or a similar role in the construction industry.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple MEP projects concurrently while maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.Knowledgeable with building codes and regulations, permits process & building systems design (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, security, BMS, etc.)Proven communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Ability to oversee a large team and delegate tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts and project-related documentation to ensure successful project completion.Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project and related
