Fitness & Nutrition Revenue OwnershipOwn and drive monthly PT and nutrition revenue targets.Ensure strong PT conversion from membership base and cross-sell nutrition packages.Monitor PT renewal %, diet plan adoption %, trainer/nutritionist productivity, and revenue per head.Design PT packages, nutrition consultations, pricing structures, and performance incentives.Leadership of Fitness & Nutrition TeamRecruit, hire, and build a strong bench of certified trainers and nutrition coaches.Develop succession planning within the fitness & nutrition team.Training & Capability DevelopmentLead induction and onboarding for all new fitness and nutrition hires.Implement continuous upskilling in:Program designFitness Floor Operations & StandardsMaintain safety, hygiene, and equipment discipline.Ensure zero unattended floor hours.Monitor trainer presence, engagement, and professionalism.Oversee roster planning and manpower optimization.Member Experience & RetentionPersonally engage with premium and long-term members.Drive measurable member transformations through fitness and nutrition programs.Increase PT renewals, nutrition consultation repeats, and long-term retention.Handle escalations related to fitness & nutrition services.Design fitness challenges, workshops, and nutrition-led events.Position fitness & nutrition as core differentiators of the club.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales for PT and nutrition conversions.Support Marketing with fitness & nutrition-led campaigns and content.Partner with HR on hiring, performance, and culture.Contribute to pre-opening strategy for new club launches (if applicable).Strategy & InnovationIntroduce new fitness and nutrition formats aligned with global trends.Explore technology-enabled fitness and nutrition tracking solutions.
