BIM Lead - MEP

We are looking for a BIM Team Lead – MEP to manage day-to-day modeling, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing BIM projects. The role involves leading a team of BIM designers while ensuring quality and timely project execution and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experienceQualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or related field.Skills Required:Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Experience working on US or international projects preferred.Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows.Good communication and team management skills.Key Responsibilities:Project DeliverySetting up Revit models on ACC.Lead MEP Revit model development (LOD 300 - 400) in Revit. - HVAC duct and piping layouts - Plumbing piping layouts - Electrical and lighting device placement, conduit layout, cable tray layout - Electrical circuiting in RevitCreate and modify Revit families per requirement.Create and modify Revit MEP schedules per requirement.Regular “Copy/Monitor” of elements in Revit model.Ensure adherence to project BEP, client standards, and internal workflows.Manage clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other disciplines.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.2.
