Basic understanding of mobile Hydraulics.3D Cad model generations for pipes, pipe WA, Moulded hoses and hose routing and completing engineering drawings for the same. Basic understanding & experience in working for Hydraulic Systems like hydraulic pumps, motors, gear boxes, direction control valves, actuators, filters, hoses & fittings.Concept generation for new & current products within defined timelines including circuit design & hydraulic power calculations.Generation of 3D CAD model, assembly & 2D drawings for prototype & production parts within defined timeline.Design Release in Teamcenter PLM as per JCB’s Preferably experienced with Fluid Line Diagram, Standards & NPIP process.Support and coordination of Prototype build activities with focus on Hydraulic Systems.Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Preferred Mobile Hydraulics Certificate Course.4-8 years’ experience in Mechanical EngineeringMin. 3-5 years of experience in Mobile Hydraulics System Design
