Clear communication with non-technicalstakeholders is essential, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you canmake a measurable impact.Key Responsibilities• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where AI canimprove processes and increase productivity.• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive tasks and enableteams to scale their impact.• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure the data required for MCPservers is accessible and properly structured.• Organize and structure content and data to ensure AI systems have the inputsneeded to perform effectively.• Develop and maintain LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows inproduction environments.• Continuously evaluate and improve AI solutions based on user feedback andperformance metrics.Required Qualifications• Experience building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows inproduction.• Proficiency in Python with experience building custom MCP servers, LLMintegrations, and third party APIs.• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to optimize AI outputs througheffective prompting techniques.• Experience with SQL to access and structure data for AI systems.• Strong understanding of data organization, structuring, and preparation for AIsystems• Understanding of standard Sales and Marketing processes and how AI canimprove them.• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with both technical and
