Tech/Post Graduate Electrical & ElectronicsYears of Experience: Min 8 - 10 yearsLocation: PunePurpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):Responsible for the test management for the infotainment projectLead and steer all the activities with relevant development supplier, stake holders, internal customersResponsible to keep track and steer the activities within internal team for all the relevant modulesActively engage in the management discussion with internal and external stake holdersMentoring the teamInternal and external stake holder managementCultivate the innovation cultureDecision making Authority:Approvals on the technical front leading to effective decision makingBMG recommendationBudgetsStake holder managementSkills Required:Communication skillsExperienced in the Infotainment projectProblem solving and decision makingConflict managementNegotiation and assertive skillsGood administrative skills : ability to plan , develop a structureKey Responsibilities &Tasks:Responsible for the complete project test management of the infotainment and Infotainment peripherals with regular reporting to the Skoda MB Managing the project status, releases, resources required for the project within given stipulated timeline and milestones. Adhering to all the required milestones are achieved Coordinate and steer the CFT efficiently aiming the required results and the daily deliverables are achieved Dealing and resolving the conflicts between the team and steer the team discussion efficientlyBridging the gap between Function owner and test team. Managing the Testing agency for the testing activities and ensuring the deliverables are achieved with time frameEnsuring all the relevant KPI targets are achieved without any adverse effect on the project and maintaining the desired level of transparency and measuring indexPreparing the dashboards for reporting to managementStrive for the continuous improvement on the achieving better productivitySupport regular development team meetings, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, with development consultants and suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for product and company.Handle the budget and its approvals for the projects, resources, and investment.
