Join us in driving sustainable agricultural practices across India.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy -Drive Business growth , Collection efficiency in the states of MH/GJ/MP/CGBuild annual Business plan aligned with cropping pattern.Channel ManagementExpand & strengthen Distributor -retailer network across the zoneDrive innovative channel model for driving business on cashDesign & implement channel scheme to counter competitionTeam LeadershipLead, coach & review team to drive performanceEnsure high field coverage and sales executionBuild strong talent pipeline for the zoneMarket ActivitiesDrive new/existing products and brand visibility through farmer meetings, demonstration and dealer trainingConvert market intelligence into actionable sales plan Regulatory LinkageLiaison with state agriculture departments for regulatory activitiesCritical SkillsSales strategy and planning High proficiency in sales analytics, customer relations and forecastingStrong Networking AbilityFluent in local language, Hindi and English 5.
