Faculty & Participant ExperienceServe as the primary interface for faculty and participants, managing communication, context-setting, schedules, travel, accommodation, and technical requirements to ensure seamless delivery.Coordinate pre-session briefings, onboarding materials, welcome kits, and post-session follow-ups to support continuity across programme touchpoints.Manage digital communication channels and foster a high-trust, responsive learning environment. 3. Operations & LogisticsManage programme logistics from pre-programme planning through execution and closure, including travel, accommodation, food and beverage, venue setup, and vendor coordination.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless on-ground delivery and real-time issue resolution during key programme moments. 4. Information Management & ReportingMaintain records of vendor contracts, budgets, timelines, attendance, and programme documentation.Manage shared calendars, communication repositories, and institutional memory systems to support scale and continuity.Track operational KPIs, compile participant feedback, and provide structured progress updates to programme leadership.The stated responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties.
