These platforms help clients convert complex, fragmented data into actionable enterprise intelligence.We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to design, own, and continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey at Scry AI. This role is critical in shaping how employees experience onboarding, engagement, growth, feedback, and culture across a fast-scaling, research-driven AI organization.Role OverviewAs an Employee Experience Manager at Scry AI, you will focus on creating thoughtful, scalable, and measurable employee programs that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and functional teams to ensure people practices align with company values and business outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who blends empathy with structure and uses data, feedback, and design thinking to improve how work gets done.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Journey and Experience DesignOwn the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to exitIdentify experience gaps and friction points across key employee touchpointsDesign and implement initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and satisfactionEngagement, Culture, and WellbeingDevelop programs to strengthen culture, connection, and collaborationPartner with leadership to reinforce values and desired behaviorsSupport wellbeing, recognition, and feedback initiatives across teamsOnboarding, Enablement, and GrowthEnhance onboarding programs to ensure new hires ramp effectively and feel connectedCollaborate with L&D and managers to support learning, career growth, and internal mobilityEnsure clarity and consistency across employee communications and resourcesFeedback, Measurement, and InsightsDesign and manage employee listening mechanisms such as surveys, pulse checks, and feedback forumsAnalyze engagement data and qualitative feedback to identify trends and prioritiesTranslate insights into actionable improvements and measurable outcomesCross-Functional Collaboration and OperationsPartner with HR Operations, Talent, and managers to ensure smooth employee experiences at scaleSupport change initiatives, organizational transitions, and process improvementsDocument experience frameworks, playbooks, and best practicesRequired Qualifications and Skills3+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, or people-focused rolesStrong understanding of employee engagement, culture, and organizational designExperience designing and running programs across diverse, growing teamsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsOur Ideal CandidateIs deeply empathetic and people-centric, while remaining business-focusedThinks in systems and journeys, not isolated HR initiativesIs proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple programsBalances creativity with operational disciplineEnjoys building meaningful, human-centered experiences in fast-moving environmentsIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI platforms are scaling securely and reliably in enterprise data environments.
