The TeleCaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about products or services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also includes building and maintaining positive customer relationships through courteous and professional communication.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skillsInterpersonal and customer service abilities, with a focus on building rapportDetail-oriented with proficiency in recording and maintaining accurate dataProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work in a team environment and adapt to different tasksBasic computer knowledge and familiarity with telecommunication toolsPrevious experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role is a plusProficiency in multiple languages is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
