We are seeking passionate changemakers who want to contribute in meaningful social impact.Role Overview:The Associate – Partnerships will be responsible for supporting fundraising efforts and managing external engagements to support the organization’s programs and initiatives. The role involves identifying and engaging potential donors, building and maintaining strong partnerships, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring effective communication of impact to stakeholders. The position also includes supporting fundraising campaigns, donor relationship management, and exploring innovative avenues for resource generation to strengthen the organization’s sustainability and growth.Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities.Develop proposals, concept notes, presentations, and donor communications.Contribute to the development and management of CSR and institutional partnerships, including with compliance, finance, and coordination with program teams.Assist in due diligence processes, MoUs, grant agreements, and renewal conversations.Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach activities.Prepare timely donor reports, impact stories, and progress updates to ensure zero slippages.Maintain strong relationships with donors and partners through strong regulatory and financial compliance.This role will sit between fundraising, programs, M&E, and finance.
