About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Tamil Academic Counsellor with prior experience in guiding students for JEE/NEET exam preparation. This is a work-from-home opportunity for professionals passionate about helping students navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals through PhysicsWallah’s learning platforms, primarily catering to Tamil-speaking students and parents.Key Responsibilities:• Counsel students and/or parents in Tamil regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals.• Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses for JEE/NEET preparation.• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and retention for the Tamil learner base.Requirements:• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in the JEE/NEET domain.• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Tamil and English.• Ability to handle student and parent queries effectively and empathetically.• Familiarity with online education tools and digital counselling platforms.• Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
