Our work happens on the ground, in villages, farms, and fields, aligning livelihoods, crops, and ecosystems for sustainable impact.Role Overview:We are immediately looking for a Migration Corridor Lead, a grassroots, field-first professional who thrives on travel, rural engagement, and boots-on-the-ground problem solving. This role is central to Humble Bee’s mission of enabling beekeepers to earn across multiple harvests, improving pollination services, and building resilient rural value chains.Key Responsibilities:Build trust and strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, and plantation teams across multiple states.Scout farms and landscapes for opportunities to support honey harvests, colony strengthening, and pollination services.Translate field observations into actionable insights for broader ecosystem planning.Coordinate logistics, including farm visits, colony transport, and multi-location operations.Monitor cropping cycles, flowering windows, and farmer behavior to optimize migration planning.Serve as the “eyes and ears” on the ground for Humble Bee’s ecosystem initiatives.Mentor and guide local teams or partners where required.Qualifications & Experience:Formal education in Agriculture, Horticulture, Pomology, or related fields.Minimum 4+ years of on-ground experience working with farmers, FPOs, plantations, or rural/agri ecosystems in India.Deep understanding of crops, flowering cycles, rural logistics, and farmer behavior.Comfortable working in challenging field conditions, traveling extensively across states.Excellent interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly in rural communities.Systems thinking, ownership mindset, curiosity, and stamina.What We Offer:An opportunity to shape the backbone of India’s beekeeping ecosystem and rural livelihoods.Exposure to multi-state, cross-agroecological operations.Hands-on, high-impact fieldwork in a purpose-driven social enterprise.A culture that values curiosity, movement, and learning in real-world environments.How to Apply: If you are ready to move fast, believe that development happens on the ground, and thrive in a field-first role:Send your resume + cover letter to the subject line: “ – Migration Corridor Lead”
