Roles and Responsbilties:Lead, manage, and motivate a field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targetsMandatory hands-on experience in handling field sales teamsPlan and execute field sales strategies to improve productivity and conversionsConduct regular field visits with team members for coaching and performance improvementMonitor team attendance, productivity, and daily activity trackingEnsure achievement of revenue targets and business growthTrain and onboard new sales executivesMaintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboardsEnsure compliance with company policies and sales processesMandatory Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and Telesales(Team Handling)Must have field team handling experience (mandatory)Strong exposure to on-ground sales operationsComfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shiftsExcellent communication, leadership, and people management skillsTarget-oriented and result-driven mindset
