Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities- Partner with the Project Manager (PM) to meet with all customers and support the reconfiguration of their instances on AWS. - Gain a deep understanding of each customer’s unique integration setup; leverage PM-provided, customer-specific checklists to ensure all required configurations are completed for a successful migration. - Collaborate with the project team to identify customer-specific custom integrations and work with the Migration Engineer to develop and execute an effective migration plan. - Educate customers on configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, including ADFS, Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin, and Google SAML, as well as third-party integrations such as SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, Box, and others. - Assist in managing enterprise-level customer relationships, including addressing and resolving customer escalations. - Demonstrate migration best practices across a wide range of technologies, translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for engineering teams. - Validate reconciliation reports with customers to confirm successful migration outcomes. - Advise customers on business process differences between the SFDC and AWS platforms. - Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting support across both SFDC and AWS environments throughout the migration lifecycle. - Collaborate closely with customers to understand technical challenges and translate requirements to internal Program Managers, Product teams, and Engineering teams. - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and communicate recommendations to the Program Manager for resolution.Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on technical implementation or consulting experience. - 3+ years of experience in customer- or partner-facing technical roles. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or a related field. - Proven experience working with large-scale or enterprise customers. - Demonstrated experience leading migrations from SFDC to AWS cloud-based systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Prior experience leading SaaS-based product migrations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.Key Skills- Single Sign-On (SSO) - AWS - SFDC - Migration
