This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced organization, where you will have flexibility and the chance to make a big impact.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:- To execute research for sourcing candidates via multiple channels for our clients across industries - To conduct company mapping across all verticals - Leverage our cutting edge technology tools and other social networking media to reach candidatesCandidate Relationship Management:- To interact with candidates from various nationalities and industries in order to evaluate the candidates and motivate them to pursue the opportunity with our clients - Headhunting: Finding and approaching candidates for executive or specialist jobs - Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidatesPeople Management:- To interact with the operations team and provide support as requiredQualifications- A Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline - 6 months to 2 years of work experienceDesired Skills- Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent English language skills along with good presentation skills - Ambitious, confident, and results driven along with a positive attitude towards work - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work within deadlines - Excellent interpersonal skills
